- Selling terms
General conditions of sale Agreements on sales and conditions of sale may be varied, but only agreements confirmed in writing are valid.
- Conclusion of the contract
A written order is binding for the buyer. The contract can be concluded in the Slovenian language.
- Saving the contract
All concluded contracts are kept at Euroton d.o.o. on Cesta v Mestni log 90, 1000 Ljubljana. If the client wants a copy of the concluded contract, he can get it at the mentioned location.
- Delivery time
The usual delivery time is 14 days or as specified for each item. If we deliver the goods or inform the customer that the goods are ready within this time, it is considered that we have fulfilled the obligation. If the buyer requests different delivery times, we must agree on them in writing. In the case of force majeure and extraordinary circumstances that did not arise through our fault or in cases where the goods were not delivered to us by the suppliers and we can prove this, the delivery period will be extended accordingly. If the delivery period is longer than two months, the buyer can cancel the order. The customer is entitled to compensation only if the error is on our side. From our side, we are obliged to immediately inform the customer about extended delivery times. If we cannot deliver the goods, we are obliged to return the money to the customer immediately. Delivery only lasts until stocks last. We reserve the right not to accept the order if the buyer has not settled all of his obligations.
- Prices and payments
All prices include VAT. If the order is available for delivery more than 2 months after the written order, the current prices apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If the prices change between the order and delivery, we are entitled to change the prices.
Payments are possible by pre-invoice or cash on delivery. In the case of cash on delivery, Pošta Slovenije will additionally charge you the cost of the UPN transfer according to their current price list, which can be found at https://www.posta.si/ceniki (price list of other services, item Payment of the UPN form). Euroton d.o.o. may reject an order that it finds that it cannot execute under the specified conditions. - What does your price mean?
Your price is an online discount price and is intended for our registered users. The price includes VAT. If you are not yet our registered user, you can register now. Sign up, because that way the purchase will be more favorable for you!
- Validity of the offer on our website
The offer is valid until the publication of the new price of the item or until stocks are sold out.
- Pictures of the items
The images of the items are symbolic.
- The right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with Article 43 of the ZVPot
The consumer has the right to inform the company that he withdraws from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to give a reason for his decision. A message is considered timely if it is sent within the deadline. In the event of said withdrawal from the contract, we will return all payments made to the consumer as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods. If the consumer has already received the amount or goods and withdraws from the contract, he must return the received amount to the company within 14 days of the notification of withdrawal from the contract. - Failure to fulfill obligations and cancellation of the contract.
If the buyer does not fulfill his obligations and is in arrears with payment, we are entitled to make subsequent deliveries only on the basis of advance payment. Euroton d.o.o. does not assume any responsibility for damage caused by longer delivery times or non-delivery of items that Euroton d.o.o. does not have it in stock in its own warehouse, except to the extent that the company Euroton d.o.o. or a person for whom the company is responsible, caused intentionally or negligently.
- Ownership status
The delivered goods remain our property until the invoices are paid.
- Transport damage
Please check the shipment for damage immediately upon receipt. If the shipment is damaged from the outside, immediately make a report and complaint to the delivery person before accepting the shipment. If the shipment is intact but the goods in it are damaged, make a report in the same way. In both cases, please also inform us about the damaged goods. If you have written a report, we will immediately send you new goods.
- Cost of incorrect deliveries
In the event of a wrong delivery or a justified quality complaint, we bear the costs of the normal transport of the returned goods. We do not accept courier costs for express deliveries.
- Variations in quality
Small defects that usually occur in sales, such as variations in quality, color, shape, weight, design and are technically unavoidable, are not grounds for complaint.
- Competent court
The court in Ljubljana is competent for all disputes.
