Privacy protection
When you access our website, your browser transfers some data to our web server. The reasons for this transfer are of a technical nature, but at the same time it is necessary for you to be able to access the desired information. In order to ensure the security of our information system, we automatically collect data on your IP address, date and time of access, time zone difference compared to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), content of the request (specific page), access status or HTTP status codes, the amount of data transferred, the website requesting access and about your browser (browser software operating system version, language settings). You cannot use our website without giving us at least your IP address, which we will log.
We will collect the specified data in order to ensure the security of the network and information with the aim of preventing accidental events or illegal or malicious actions. The processing is therefore necessary for our legitimate interests and is based on point f of Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We will process blog personal data for a maximum of 24 months, after which we will delete the data unless we have another legitimate reason for further processing.

By clicking on the "I agree" button, I give my consent that, as a personal data manager, you can install cookies and information about the cookies used on my computer for the purpose of analyzing online visits, as well as transfer the anonymized IP address to the processor Google Inc., which is located in a third country, and Facebook cookies , Inc., which is also in a third country. We will process personal data for as long as you keep the tracking cookies. You can stop tracking at any time by deleting cookies. You can delete cookies using the features built into your browser or by clicking the "Delete Cookies" button in this document.
Personal data collected based on your consent through the use of cookies will be processed for a maximum of 14 months, after which the data will be anonymized/deleted.

You have the right to obtain that we delete personal data relating to you without undue delay, and we, as the controller, have the obligation to delete your personal data without undue delay in the following cases:
- you object to the processing (see the right to object),
- we have processed personal data illegally,
- we have to delete personal data in order to fulfill the requirements in the regulations.
Deletion is not carried out if the processing of personal data is necessary:
- to fulfill the legal obligation of processing based on regulations,
- to assert, implement or defend legal claims.
If you, as an individual, want us to delete your personal data, you can request this in writing by e-mail (gdpr@euroton.si) or in writing by post. You can exercise the right to erasure only in the limited cases listed above.
Right to rectification
You have the right to have inaccurate personal data relating to you corrected without undue delay.
Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to complete incomplete personal data, including the submission of a supplementary statement.

The right to object
As we process personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, you as a data subject have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data relating to you for the purposes of such marketing, including profiling when related to such direct marketing.
The right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request that we limit the processing of your personal data in the case of:
- if you dispute the accuracy of the data, namely for the period that allows us to verify the accuracy of the personal data,
- the processing is illegal and you object to the deletion of personal data and instead request the restriction of their use,
- we no longer need your personal data for processing purposes, but to assert, implement or defend legal claims
- you have objected to the processing until it is determined whether our legitimate reasons override your reasons.
If you request a restriction for the stated reasons, then we can only store your personal data, and we can only carry out all other types of processing:
- with your consent,
- to assert, implement or defend legal claims,
- for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or
- due to an important public interest of the Union or a Member State.
Before canceling (ie terminating) the limitation of personal data processing, we must inform you about the cancellation of the limitation. If we have rejected your request to delete data or you just want to limit the processing of your personal data, you can request that we limit the processing of your personal data by email (gdpr@euroton.si) or in writing by post. You can only exercise the right to limitation in the limited cases listed above.
The right to portability
You can download the data that you have provided to us and that we have collected from your use of the Service. Data in portable format can be requested in person at our headquarters.
The right to appeal to a supervisory authority
Without prejudice to any other administrative or legal remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or alleged infringement if you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the General Data Protection Regulation. Transmission of personal data
We will transfer personal data to a third country because our processors are Google Inc. and Facebook Inc. from the United States of America. Apart from the aforementioned exceptions, we will not forward personal data to third parties or to third countries, except in the cases stipulated by law, which mainly refers to cases where the data would be requested by authorized persons or authorities.
